This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to AstraPoster paid beta plans unless a signed order states different terms.
Each current beta checkout purchases one month of service. The checkout does not automatically renew and does not automatically charge you for a later month. To continue, you will be asked to approve and purchase the next month. You may cancel future service simply by not purchasing another month and by revoking any connected-account access you no longer want active.
Contact info@astraposter.com within seven calendar days of the initial purchase if you believe the plan is not a fit. If material customer-specific work has not begun, we will provide a full refund. If material work has begun or deliverables have been provided, we may issue a fair prorated refund based on work already completed, non-refundable third-party costs specifically approved by you, and the remaining service period. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Report a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge promptly. We will investigate payment and order records and correct verified billing errors. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue, although this request does not waive your rights with your payment provider.
If we cancel a paid month without cause before completing the agreed material work, we will refund the unused portion. Refunds may be denied where service is suspended or terminated because of fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or a material violation of the Terms of Service, to the extent permitted by law.
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times vary and are outside our control. We will provide confirmation after the refund is initiated.
Cancellation does not automatically revoke third-party OAuth or application-password access. You may ask us to disconnect integrations and delete eligible customer data under the Privacy Policy. Accounting, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute, and legal records may be retained where reasonably required.
