AstraPoster (“AstraPoster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides website audits, AI-assisted marketing services, and related customer workspaces. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
We use information to provide and improve audits and services; create reports and work queues; process orders; provision and support accounts; communicate about requested services; prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; maintain security and audit logs; comply with law; and protect our customers and business.
When you request a public website audit, the submitted website URL is sent from our server to the fixed Google PageSpeed Insights API so Google can measure publicly available website signals. We do not send your name or email to PageSpeed Insights. Google processes the request under its own terms and privacy practices. Traffic, search-query, conversion, and revenue claims are not produced from the public audit unless you later authorize the relevant connected source.
We disclose information only as needed to service providers that support hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and authorized integrations; to professional advisers under confidentiality duties; in a business transfer; when required by law; or with your direction. We do not sell personal information for money.
We may use essential cookies for checkout, account sessions, security, preferences, and order attribution. Optional analytics or advertising technologies may be used only as configured on the site and subject to applicable consent requirements. Browser controls can limit cookies, although checkout or account features may stop working.
Public audit leads and reports are normally retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active customer relationship, security investigation, dispute, tax record, or legal obligation. Customer workspace and order records are retained while the service relationship is active and afterward as reasonably required for support, accounting, security, and legal compliance. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer reasonably needed.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, withdraw optional marketing consent, or disconnect an integration. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims, or compliance. We will verify requests before acting. Applicable state or national law may provide additional rights.
To request deletion or disconnect a source, email info@astraposter.com. You may also revoke third-party access through the provider’s account controls. Revocation stops new collection but may not automatically delete information already included in completed reports, backups, orders, or required records.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant-scoped storage, encrypted transport, secret-safe integration handling, logging, and approval gates. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Our services are operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate legal safeguards where required.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to active customers.
