These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to AstraPoster websites, public audits, paid beta services, customer workspaces, and AI-assisted marketing services. By requesting an audit, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you identify. You are responsible for accurate account, website, billing, and authorization information.
AstraPoster is offered to initial customers as a paid beta. Features, workflows, integrations, response times, and report formats may change as we improve the service. Beta does not mean customer information may be used without authorization or that advertised payment and cancellation commitments may be ignored. We will describe material service changes to active customers.
Starter Employee, Growth Employee, and Marketing Team are monthly service plans. During the paid beta, each checkout purchases one month of service at the price shown in the order summary. The current beta checkout does not automatically renew or automatically charge the payment method for a later month. We will ask you to approve and pay for a subsequent month before continuing. If automatic recurring billing is introduced later, it will not be enabled for you without clear advance disclosure and any consent required by law.
Taxes, if applicable, are shown or calculated through checkout. You authorize the payment processor to charge the amount shown when you place the order. Failed or reversed payments may pause work. Prices may change for future months, but not for a month already purchased.
The purchased plan provides the audit, analysis, content, website, reporting, and approval-based marketing work described on the applicable order and plan page. Exact priorities depend on the public and connected information available, the condition of the website, and customer approvals. Unless a written order says otherwise, the service is not an employment relationship, dedicated human employee, legal service, accounting service, or guarantee of a particular ranking, lead volume, revenue result, platform approval, or publication outcome.
AstraPoster uses artificial intelligence and automation to analyze information and prepare recommendations, drafts, reports, and implementation-ready work. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review material output before relying on it. Publishing, external communications, billing changes, reputation-sensitive actions, legal claims, and substantial website changes remain subject to the applicable human approval step. WordPress, Google services, payment providers, hosting providers, social networks, and other integrations are third-party services governed by their own terms. Availability, APIs, permissions, and policies can change. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent outage, suspension, policy decision, or data handling, but we will use reasonable care when operating authorized connections.
You may not use the services to violate law; infringe rights; distribute malware or spam; mislead consumers; impersonate others; bypass platform controls; probe private systems; submit internal or non-public network targets for public audit; interfere with service security; or generate unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or abusive material.
You retain ownership of customer materials you provide. You grant AstraPoster a limited license to host, process, transform, and display those materials only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service. AstraPoster retains ownership of its software, workflows, templates, generic methods, interfaces, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, you may use final customer-specific deliverables for your business, subject to third-party rights and any written order terms.
Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public business information received from the other and will use it only for the service relationship, except where disclosure is authorized or legally required. Public website information and independently developed information are not confidential.
You may stop after any paid beta month by not purchasing another month. Either party may end the relationship for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, nonpayment, or abusive conduct. On termination, access may end and connected tokens may be revoked. Data export or deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Automated accessibility and security checks are not certifications, legal opinions, or guarantees of compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from the services. AstraPoster’s aggregate liability arising from a claim will not exceed the amount you paid AstraPoster for the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
You agree to defend and indemnify AstraPoster against third-party claims arising from materials, instructions, access, or uses you provide that violate law, these Terms, or another party’s rights. We will give reasonable notice and cooperation for a covered claim.
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party will make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally by written notice. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, courts located in Bexar County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, AI Service Disclosure, and any accepted order form constitute the agreement for the services they cover. A written order controls if it expressly conflicts with these general Terms.
